The normal failure mode of AI-assisted document production is reading the output and hoping. A confident paragraph with a wrong number in it looks exactly like a right one.

Delivery work runs through a library of packaged methods, so a proposal, a report or a review is produced the same way every time rather than depending on how the prompt was phrased that day.
The delivery tools ship with small deterministic programs that mechanically check the output and refuse to pass it if a rule is broken: a confidentiality check, a house-style check and a numbers check. If a check fails, the document does not proceed.
Report rendering is code with a test suite behind it, turning a finished audit into a branded PDF and a Word master, so a formatting regression is caught by a test rather than by a client.
